The HOST provides services for vacation rental property owners that allow them to manage their listing as much as they want or enlist a “host” to make their lives easier in managing their listing.

I was brought in on this project to rework the brand and simply the logo to be more aligned with the startup industry. I also designed and developed their MVP and initial prototype to take to investors. The current environment was built on a budget and used a 3rd party app clone which had a built in UX. I audited the 3rd party clone for any UX issues and proposed recommended fixes where budget permitted and also provided UI mockups for developer hand off for proper brand display.

When building this prototype it was critical to tell a story to allow the founder to easily present to investors and make it relatable. You can see a few of the high level screen views below that show a new user signing up, and ordering concierge services for their Airbnb Listing. You can see how a user would toggle between properties, order service, get a “gods view” of the provider, and get confirmation of the service performed and ability to review the provider.
